The room is pretty small, but it is comfortable for solo travelers with medium size luggage (it will be a bit difficult for big baggage). The facilities are good, and if you put the 'do not clean' sign outside, the hotel will leave a bag with all the replacement utilities (which is a big plus for me). The staff are helpful and speak sufficient English to aid me with the procedures. Overall a superb hotel for solo travelers.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from Ningyocho/Suitengumae station with many eateries, several konbini and a supermarket nearby. Room was compact as expected but just nice for a solo 5ft female like me. Got a double bed even though it was a single room. They kept my luggage before check-in time. Water pressure in the shower was nice.

The hotel is near Ningyocho metro station and it was easy to travel to different areas of Tokyo. You can also walk easily to Akihabara if you are not afraid of a 1,2 km walk. Staff speaks very good English. It was possible to leave our luggage at the hotel before check in and after check-out. Room is small but clean. Hotel is good and staff is nice and helpfull.

The property is so close to the train station which has trains going straight to Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. Booked on the same night after leaving the horrible hotel that we originally booked. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was located nearby 2 metro stations that were connected to inner and outer Tokyo. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were very helpful and happily held our luggage after checkout while we were caught up. Foreign movies were a fantastic addition

The amenities provided are sufficient. The room itself too is perfect for 1 person, the definition of compact. The desk too, provided the space of the room, was spacious enough for writing, with my laptop beside. The toilet/bath by far is the best I ever used, having a spacious bathtub. Television just in front of the bed gives comfy before-sleep shows.

All the goods you need for a night , an iron in case of you need a shirt for a meeting , it was pretty calm and 10mins walk from my meeting and just near convenient stores and metro ( direct access to Haneda Airport )
